1. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled:

  • Within 4 hours of placing the order
  • Before the order is shipped or processed

Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery

Refunds will be issued:

  • If the order is cancelled within the allowed period
  • If the product is worn, used, defective or damaged refund will not be processed.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
  • Discounted items are not eligible for return/refund.
  • If the service cannot be provided
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided if:

  • Cancellation request is made after the allowed period
  • The product is used or damaged by the customer
  • Incorrect information was provided by the customer
